Jenn Todd
Jenn ToddExecutive Director
Jenn has over 10 years of health care leadership experience throughout the Wasatch Front and is a tireless advocate for those in her care. She is committed to provide superior care to our residents so that they may have the love and dignity they deserve at this stage of life, and that their families can rest assured their loved one is in compassionate, capable hands. Jenn loves that Assisted Living of Draper is small and lends itself to be the best personalized care in Utah. She loves spending quality time with her husband and four children, especially watching her daughter play competitive soccer and trips to Disneyland/Disney World.
Penelope Stoddard
Penelope StoddardRN
Penelope has over 6 years experience as a healthcare professional in the Salt Lake area and is a dedicated patient advocate. She is committed to every aspect of our resident care and tailors her attention to individual needs. Penelope enjoys working with families to communicate the very best plan for each resident in conjunction with the physician, so that families have peace-of-mind their loved one is receiving the very best care. She is an expert team builder and leader in the home, especially for staff development and continuing education/training so that ALD always has the most up-to-date current policies and procedures. Penelope appreciates Assisted Living of Draper’s small home environment because it lends itself to better individualized attention. She loves spending time with her three sons, and is an avid skier, hiker, and traveller.
 Lynnea McDonald
Lynnea McDonaldAssistant Administrator, CNA
Lynnea is an experienced CNA with over 5 years serving the greater Salt Lake City area, but has cared for people her whole life. Being a caregiver allows Lynnea to share in people’s lives, and empathize with how they would like to be treated, talked to, and cared for. At ALD, since we are a small care home, Lynnea is able to give more one-on-one care, respect and love that each resident deserves. She loves sports and going to sporting events–especially boating, wakeboarding, hiking, and being outdoors. In her spare time, Lynnea cherishes time with her family, especially her three children. She has many aspirations for the future to include someday owning/operating her own business in the assisted living field.
Tayler Stokes

Tayler has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 4 years. Tayler plans on
getting her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of
Utah. Tayler’s favorite part of working for Assisted Living of Draper is
connecting with the residents and bringing moments of happiness to their
lives. She likes spending time with her husband, family and friends. Tayler
loves animals and plans to soon get a Boston Terrier puppy. She also loves
to travel to new places.
Breanna West

Breanna has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 2 years. Breanna loves caring for the residents and getting to know them and their families. She feels it is rewarding to come to work and make a positive difference in individual’s lives. Breanna also loves learning from each of the residents. She hopes to continue in the healthcare field in her future. In her free time Breanna likes spending time in the outdoors by going on adventures such as rafting, backpacking, climbing and skiing.
Cheryl Schaefer

Cheryl has been a chef for 8 years. She owned her own restaurant and would love to do it again. Cheryl teaches cooking classes at Harmons Grocery. She is often seen on Good Things Utah, KSL News at Noon, Good Day Utah and others. Cheryl’s favorite part of working for Assisted Living of Draper is making everyone’s golden years delicious. Cheryl enjoys driving her Miata, refinishing vintage furniture and traveling. Cheryl has been to 49 states she just needs to visit Alaska.
Acia Chanthaboury

Acia has been a C.N.A. for 2 years. She has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 6 Months. Acia ‘s favorite part of working for Assisted Living of Draper is developing relationships with each resident. Acia hopes to continue in the healthcare field and become an RN. Acia grew up in North Carolina. She enjoys arts and crafts and going to the gym.
Kayla Kraft

Kayla has been a C.N.A for 5 years. Kayla has worked at Assisted Living of Draper for 4 years minus 1 ½ for her LDS mission. Kayla appreciates how small the facility is. She feels like she has more time to spend with each resident and it enables her to provide each individual with quality and personalized care. Kayla is studying biology at the University of Utah in hopes of becoming an OB/GYN. She enjoys date nights with her husband, camping, music, singing and Taekwondo.
Matt Devries

Matt has been at Assisted Living of Draper for 6 months. Matt enjoys seeing the residents happy. Matt currently is a student at BYU and will be graduating with a degree in microbiology in December 2018. He wants to go to medical school and become a doctor. He is also looking forward to having a family of his own. He likes to spend time with his wife, fly fishing, playing sports and camping.

Crystal has been a C.N.A. for 15 years. She has been with Assisted Living of Draper for over a year. Crystal loves the close knit family vibe throughout the house at Assisted Living of Draper. Crystal plans on going back to school to be a Mortician. Her dream job is to be a forensic Pathologist. She has 2 children she enjoys annoying. She enjoys music, reading and hiking.
Katie Christensen

Katie has been a C.N.A for over 2 years. She has been at Assisted Living of Draper for a year and a half. Katie enjoys spending time with the residents and listening to their laughter. Katie is going to BYU and will be a registered nurse in a few months. Some of Katie’s favorite things to do are spending time with her family, hiking, cooking and singing.
McKenzie Muirbrook

“Kenzie” is currently a PRN working towards her CNA certification. She aspires to attend medical school and become a Physicians Assistant, and is thrilled to contribute to our ALD Family by building strong relationships with our residents. In her free time Kenzie enjoys playing soccer and going to the gym, in addition to spending time with her friends and family.

Tasha is an experienced CNA who says the best reward for her working at Assisted Living of Draper is seeing our residents smile! She loves nature and, and in her spare time, enjoys hiking and camping. Tasha aspires to earn her BSN.
Kanchan Kanti

Kanchan is a new CNA with a warm loving spirit that loves helping our residents with all activities of daily living. Kanchan has a degree in Health and Medical Administration. She loves the home environment of Assisted Living of Draper because it is small and allows her to build a strong bond with each resident, truly understanding their needs and wants. Kanchan is a talented singer and loves spending time with her two children.
Gabrielle Begay

Gaby is a new CNA who loves helping and caring for the elderly. She appreciates serving in an “at-home” environment because she can give more personalized attention to each resident and their loved ones who visit. Gaby is an active runner who enjoys half- and full- marathons. Her goal is to someday qualify for the Boston Marathon and to compete in an Ironman. She has been happily married for 7 years, and loves being a mom to her 4yo daughter. She is Navajo and is proud to represent her heritage by singing and dancing in pow wows. Dancing is a family activity as her husband is a grass dancer, her daughter is a jingle dress dancer, and Gaby is also a fancy shawl dancer. Her aspiration for the future is to attend nursing school.

Bhawishna is a new CNA who started at ALD as a PRN before her certification. She loves to help people and believes working with the elderly is an especially noble calling. It is important to her to bring smiles to the residents faces and make them feel they are valued and cared for. In her spare time, Bhawishna loves to swim and travel and she speaks 4 languages. She is currently an Undergraduate student at the University of Utah, and aspires to go to medical school and become an Anesthesiologist. She believes all things are possible with hard work and focus.
