Leslie has a wide variety of experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and is now the administrator at Assisted Living of Draper. Her most endearing and important quality is her capacity to love those to whom she serves. Everyone is “Family” to Leslie!

Don B. FentonMaster Butler
Don has been with Assisted Living of Draper before it opened, he helped in building the facility and then was hired as the Master Chef. He worked as Master Chef and Assistant Director for 5 years and he now serves as Master Butler. Yes he does wear a tuxedo every day. Don loves working at Assisted Living of Draper because of the feeling of home that is here and the fact that he has developed some great friendships with the residents and their families. As Master Butler, he gets to provide great service, sit and talk with each of the residents.
Emma ByingtonMaster Chef and Kitchen Manager
Emma has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 2 years. She enjoys working here because of the friendships she has built with all of the residents and their families. Before coming to Assisted Living of Draper, Emma worked in several restaurants in the Midwest and brings with her lots of experience. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband and playing and singing with their little boy A.J.
R. Miles WestonExecutive Chef
Miles has been with Assisted Living of Draper for several months. He comes to us with experience in culinary arts. He is currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts program and Utah Valley University and plans on pursuing a career as a chef and dietitian. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, swimming, fishing and learning new things to cook.
Courtney WayneC.N.A., Assistant Administrator, Activities Director
Courtney has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 5 years. She enjoys working her because she gets to know all the residents on a personal basis along with their families. She loves listening to their stories and hearing about what it was like when they were younger. Courtney is a great asset to Assisted Living of Draper and brings her years of knowledge as a C.N.A. with her in all she does with the residents. She loves spending time with her kids and camping when not at work.
Tayler has been with Assisted Living of Draper for four years. She recently graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Pre-Med. Her plans are to continue her education and become a physician. Taylor’s favorite part of working for Assisted Living of Draper is being able to sit with the residents and hold their hands and listen to their stories. She likes spending time with her new husband and reading.
Brandi comes to us after several years serving our country in the Air Force. She has been with Assisted Living of Draper for one year. She loves the residents and knowing that she is making a difference in their lives makes her smile. She enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and doing all that with her family. Her goal in life is to go with a medical team and serve a medical mission in Africa.
Amber has been a C.N.A. for over 10 years. She has worked for many different facilities throughout the Salt Lake Valley and enjoys working for Assisted Living of Draper because it is in a home type setting where everyone feels at home and everyone is friends. She enjoys spending time with the residents and getting to know them. She enjoys spending time with her kids and hiking in Utah’s beautiful mountains.
Kayla is originally from Hawaii and is enrolled at the University of Utah. She has been with Assisted Living of Draper for over a year and really enjoys working here because she loves all of the residents and has become close friends with their families. Kayla loves sports and wants to go into Sports Medicine.
Milena has many years of experience as a C.N.A. She is currently enrolled in school and is studying personal training. She has worked for many facilities and likes working for Assisted Living of Draper best due to the extra time she has during her shift to spend with the residents getting to know them. Milena spends her spare time between work and school playing with her beautiful daughters.
Megan has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 1 year. Megan enjoys coming to work each day because of all of the residents, their families and C.N.A’s. makes the facility feel like one big family. In her spare time, when not hanging out with friends, Megan enjoys photography, hiking, snowboarding and just basically being outdoors. He goal is to be an elementary school teacher for refugees.
Julie has been a C.N.A. for 6 years. She has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 2 of those years. She thoroughly enjoys the interaction she has with the residents. They all have their own unique life history and she love learning and hearing about it. In her spare time she spends time with her family and her dog, goes to movies, shopping, hiking and bike riding. Julie is also an avid kick boxer and she enjoys reality shows especially the Bachelor. Julie has plans to go back to college to earn her nursing degree. Fun Fact: “I own 200 plus pairs of shoes. Instead of the old woman who lives in the shoe, Julie will be known as the old woman that lives with her shoes.”
Breanna has been with Assisted Living of Draper for 2 years. Breanna loves caring for Elderly because they are so appreciative of everything you do for them. Breanna loves the outdoors and in her spare time teaches classes to women on how to empower their lives by camping, hiking and pushing themselves to reach their goals. Her goal to climb Mount Everest one day and is currently enrolled in the University of Utah and taking classed in outdoor studies.
Shayla loves serving the elderly and has been with Assisted Living of Draper for four months now. Her favorite think about working here is the good feeling it gives her knowing that she is helping another fellow human. Shayla considers herself a very active individual when she has time likes spending it outside with family and friends.
Harlie has been with Assisted Living of Draper for one month. She is a Junior in High School and wants to pursue a career in nursing. Harlie enjoys helping others and likes working for Assisted Living of Draper because she feels she can help the residents with things that they are no longer able to do for themselves. Harlie like to camp and swim in her spare time.
Lexi has been a C.N.A. for three years and has worked for Assisted Living of Draper for two of those years. She recently graduated from Dixie College in St. George with an Associated Degree in pre-nursing. She enjoys working for Assisted Living of Draper because of the feeling of family that is here not only with the residents but with staff also. Her plans for the future include marriage and furthering her career in the healthcare field.
This is Zach’s first C.N.A. position. He wants to work in the healthcare field when he graduates from high school and feels that this is a great a place to start. Zach enjoys working for Assisted Living of Draper because it is small and you can really get to know each resident and their families.
Fay GaultPRN C.N.A.
Fay is our catch all C.N.A. She fills in where there are blanks in the schedule or if someone is on vacation. Fay has been a C.N.A. for many years and enjoys working with the elderly. She is a very giving individual and is loved by our residents. Fay’s favorite part about being a C.N.A. is the fact that she is able to learn so much from all of those she helps just by being a good listener. Fay’s spare time is spent with family and friends.
